The FMB is the largest trade association in the U.K. construction industry. Established over 60 years ago, the FMB helps protect the interests of small and medium building firms and their clients.

The FMB has a national register of warranted builders that can provide a "MasterBond Warranty", which offers clients low cost, long term insurance protection against incomplete work, structural defects or faulty materials.

MasterBond Warranty is the kind of consumer reassurance that potential clients are looking for, making sure the right company is offered the job and costs 1.5% of the final contract price.

Skyline Loft Conversions has been a member of the FMB for a number of years. We are also on the national register of warranted builders, allowing us to offer you the MasterBond Warranty with your new conversion.

If the FMB MasterBond warranty is not required we will provide our own guarantee if requested which will cover any works completed by Skyline Loft Conversions for a period of 3 years and is free of charge.
